Time zone issue
Description: Application is  not displaying due date etc in request when server is in one
time zone and the support rep has selected different time zone in ' preferences'.

Application is creating multiple copies of request on clicking ' submit ' or ' enter ' button
multiple times while submitting request.

Forwarding/Replying the request - After entering the name of support rep who is other BU,
application is not displaying the emailid of support rep.

Spell checker removed the line spaces in request description content.

While reply/forward, application is showing an alert message ' Improper emailid ' if the
emailid has '_' under score in the prefix. Eg: _support@support.com

Unable to edit custom status.
Description:
While editing a custom status, status type and pending status information are non editable.

Key works like ' Work Order ', ' Group ' etc are excluded in spam filter.
Description:
If the spam filter contains the key words like ' Work Order ' and the mail comes with the
work ' Work Order ', spam filter do not matches the word and creates request.

Unable to add ' + ' symbol in notification templates.
SC-12144Even though the portal is disabled , When Contact logs out portal screen is shown.
