Description :
  • When a request is created in a wrong Business Unit ( may be due to a wrong email address), an option to move the request to the correct Business Unit should be available.
  • When a request needs to be partly answered by another Business Unit, an option to copy a request to another Business Unit should be available

Summary :
    Re-designing the Conversations section of the Request View Page

Description :
    When a Support Rep views the Request View Page, the default view will have all the conversations that have taken place for that request except the auto-notifications.
   The Support Rep will have the option to include auto-notifications too in the list as a personal preference.

Description :
When a list of scheduled requests in the admin section it would be helpful to find when would the schedule run the next time.  The "Next Schedule Date/time" provides this information.

Description :
The email template for sending customer portal login details to the customer did not contain the additional fields as variables.  This is now added.
